Coaching or Consulting Session

Ki offers 50-minute individual coaching and consulting sessions in IFS-informed Power-Conscious Nonviolent Communication. Coaching sessions are supportive of getting to know parts and learning to welcome them through connecting with feelings and needs.  These sessions also support connection with others through the same pathways, while also considering the sociocultural and intersectional contexts surrounding relational situations. These sessions may be most supportive of those who have a framework in Nonviolent Communication, Right Use of Power, and Internal Family Systems, though this background is not required. Coaching sessions are recommended for those who hold the intention and desire for connection, rather than correction or perfection.

Consulting sessions are designed for colleagues in the helping professions who seek support in integrating Power-Consciousness into their personal processes, professional work, or organizational practices. These sessions may also include aspects of IFS and NVC to offer a comprehensive approach to personal and professional development.

Sessions are offered online, or in person in Boulder, CO.  Standard fees for services are $185 in-person/$170 online per 50-minute individual consulting or coaching session, $240 in-person/$220 online per 90-minute dyad session, and $330 in-person/$310 online per 90-minute group session.

For those who need it, I offer a sliding scale down to a minimum of $135 in-person/$120 online per 50-minute individual consulting or coaching session, $180 in-person/$160 online per 90-minute dyad session, and $230 in-person/$210 online per 90-minute group session.
